My spacious room is a perfect base for visiting the marble caves, Cinque Terre, Florence, Portofino, Siena, Genoa, Lucca and Pisa!
It comfortably accommodates two people and is in an old house in the historical centre of Carrara, which is a few minutes drive away from Colonnata, where the famous ‘Colonnata lard’ is produced, and from the marble quarry where the marble used by Michelangelo was extracted; it is full of sculpture ateliers, workshops and laboratories.
